Fiery Betrayal
The entire apartment was consumed in monstrous angry flames. The air was filled with thick, black smoke that made breathing difficult. Inside the model was stuck in a small room surrounded by smaller flames unable to see anything. She coughed holding the Death Note close to her body.
Is this the end? What went wrong? Why did they do this?
The Kira Supporters had turned against the Goddess of the New World. They had planned an attack in the middle of the night. Burn the Goddess alive with the notebook was the only thing on their minds. Misa had almost made it out safely if it hadn’t been for the notebook. She couldn’t leave it behind to burn. There had still been time to grab it and make an escape. However now the flames were big and very hot. The apartment would collapse in any moment unable to bare the heat.
She had to make it out alive. Kira couldn’t end like this. To those that opposed her should suffer the consequences whenever she makes it out. Putting a hand to the wall, she got up slowly and attempted to make it out of the small room. All of a sudden, the entrance of the room came down with burning debris. Misa was truly trapped now and time was running out.
She was inhaling more smoke than she wanted. Her body was growing weak and burning up. She was truly surrounded by huge flames in a spare room meant for privacy. The blonde fell backwards into a corner and sat there. Her vision was blurry as she flung open the notebook. She could change the way she dies tonight. Burning to death wasn’t her cup of tea. Unfortunately she couldn’t concentrate and it wasn’t long before she lost consciousness with the deadly notebook sprawled open on her lap.
