Teen wolf imagine - New in town. Pt3
The week went by and things were getting better. Aria started to hang out with the pack and getting close to them. Finally she had some friends. And they haven’t been bothering her with questions she wanted to avoid. But, out of all of them, she was bonding more with Kira. Kira helped her the most with dealing with changes since she’s had some in the few months. They were going to have lunch together.
“Hi Ari! Finally out of class, I was going crazy in there. How are you?” she asked excited to be with her.
“Hi! You and me both. I’m fine, thanks. You?”
“I’m fine too. You look a little sad, are you sure you’re ok?” It was like Kira could see right through Aria.
“Yeah, just not really used to this change I guess. Different place, different people, a lot to study and I barely see my mom.” It was the first time Aria was venting. She hated to do so because she didn’t want people to see her vulnerable. She had been broken too much before and she didn’t want to be again. But Kira made her feel like she could trust her which is a first in her life.
“Changes are never really easy. I had a lot of them in a short amount of time so I know how you feel. But I think it’s a good thing. You might not be ready but it does make you stronger. It helps.”
Aria was impressed with Kira’s honesty. She gave her a different view on life. Like a positive one and she needed it.
“Never thought of it that way. But I guess you’re right. Thank you” Aria smiled while hugging her.
“Anytime! And how are you liking the pack so far?” Kira asked with a little smirk.“
"Everyone is cool although I haven’t talked that much with all of you. You and Scott opened your arms to me right away which was something new to me. I like all of you.”
“Even Stiles?”
Aria felt her heart beat faster. Stiles messed with her head with all of his suspicion and questions.
“He is a little bit anoying. I don’t really know how I feel towards him.”
Kira laughed. “You guys are funny. I think you will become a lot closer than you think. You have this tension around you.”
“What?! No way!” The thought of having something with Stiles made Aria nervous. “But what’s his deal with Malia? They are weird.”
“They dated for a while. They broke up recently.”
“But do they still like each other?”
“She does but I don’t know about him. He was the one to break up. But Stiles has had a pretty rough year so.. The best person to answer you is Scott. Or Stiles himself.” Kira said smirking again.
“Oh I don’t care, I was just asking.”
“Right! But speaking of Malia. She is related to you too.”
Aria was shocked. She didn’t see that coming. “She is? How?”
“She is Peter Hale’s daughter.”
“Peter? What is Peter to Derek?”
“His uncle. I thought you knew since you’re related to him.”
“I am but we’re not close at all. I only talked to him a few times when I was younger in family reunions but I barely remember.”
“Oh I didn’t know that. Are you his cousin or something?”
“Yes. My dad and Derek’s dad are twins. But I barely saw them. I barely see my dad. He left us behind so I know nothing. I only know they have some family secrets.”
“Fanily secrets? Do you have any idea what those secrets are?”
“Not at all.”
Aria could tell Kira was a little nervous like she knew something. But she continued to smile at her. “I think we should go meet Scott.”
