...so here’s what I’ve been working on for the past few months. the art isn’t perfectly consistent and I know I could have done better on the facial expressions/fluidity, but all things considered - i think I did pretty well! this only means I can improve from here, right?
I was about to shut her computer down when I realized I'd forgotten to check her Photos folder, and that's where I found something. Just one photo. It was a photo of me. The really surprising thing wasn't that there was a photo of me on Yumiko's computer. She was my best friend. No, the surprising thing was that this photo was impossible.

a series of pnwstuck-related doodles from a few years ago that i stumbled across when i was going through my old sketchbook. since it doesn’t look like i’m going to be continuing with pnwstuck anytime soon, i figured i might as well post these here
i haven’t touched pnwstuck for.... like. a year. but it’s still kind of My Thing and i do want to keep going at some point when i’m not buried in schoolwork

Some stories have layers, history, detailed recorded mass sightings, grainy videos, blurry photographs, and countless witnesses. Are these stories, with their multiple first-hand accounts, years, decades, and sometimes even centuries, of so-called evidence, more likely to be true? Sometimes we come across something different: a genuine mystery. Something that appears to have no recorded history, no website, and no public record at all. Something uniquely strange and mysterious. This is one of those stories.
What if there was a different kind of game, something darker? More mysterious? Something that wasn't tied to a film or television property, video game or movie? What if there was something that had been around for centuries in various forms? An alternate reality game that preceded the term alternate reality by a very long time? But, if there was an ancient, global game that had existed for centuries, perhaps even millennia, why hadn't more people heard of it? The answer to that question is potentially the scariest part of this entire thing. How could somebody, or something, keep the existence of the game like that a secret?
I’m sure by now you’ve realized the interconnectedness of all things. Or, at least the interconnectedness of your things. The children, the shadows, the doors, they’re all… they’re here for Him. Some call him the Adversary, some call him other things... but if you build it, he will come. And when he does, he brings chaos, and madness, and death.
