Klean ESP: New Industrial Application ESP System is Presented in ITM Istanbul 2018
This April, Klean ESP team attends the ITM Istanbul 2018. There is an ESP shown on the exhibition. This article is to share the features of this demo ESP.
1, Whole cabinet and filter cells are made in stainless steel 304#, which is suitable if the smoke treated is very corrosive. This make the system more durable.
Stainless steel filter cell has more slide surface. This enable the maintenance is more easily. The filter cell washing frequency is less than any other metal material applied.
2, Automatic self-cleaning of filter cells using steam.
High temperature steam auto-clean as well as on-line cleaning is made possible due to the compartmentalized filtration module design. This way, filter cells remain in a relatively clean conditions, resulting in optimum performance of the electrostatic air filter at all times, and significant savings in time and manpower for the manual cleaning of filter cells, as well as troubles and hazards associated with it.
3, More intelligent method is applied for fire-detection.
4, Pneumatic fire damper is optional specification to replace the electrical fire damper.
5, Emergency push button is equipped.
6, User-friendly HMI panel: Siemens HMI is used on KLEAN filters. Every key factor of a running filter system, including but not limited to working status, fault conditions, exhaust air temperatures, cooling water temperatures etc. Is plainly displayed. The users need not look elsewhere for a easy-to-use operation of the system.
