Jeremy and the estate lawyer had spent weeks going through it all. It was all typical stuff, nothing seriously unusual until a box labeled “C” was found.

Remember me? Hopefully, you do, it was only a few months ago that we spent the night together. 

I should probably get to the point of it. I’m pregnant. You’re the father.

I’m not going to force or pressure you into coming back or being here but I felt like you should know. I’m still living in the same house if you want to come. 

Once my parents find out I’ll have to move. I’m looking down south. I’ll give you the new address when I do.

Soulmates, One day Maybe

Sabine nervously looked down at her phone for the time as she waited to meet her date outside of the restaurant. She had just gotten there maybe 2 minutes ago, which was still over 15 minutes early. She let out a shakey breath and tried to calm herself down by not thinking about that was a blind date and it had been set up by her parents and possibly could be terrible. All dates could be terrible even if you had met the person right?? Right. Right.

She was still nervous.

Deciding that standing was only increasing her anxiety and putting more strain on her ankles which weren’t used to heels like her mother’s Sabine smooths the skirt of her dress down and sits on a nearby bench. 5 minutes she’d been there now and no sign of her date. But then how would she know?? She’d never even seen him! Her mother and father knew her taste in men when it came to looks. It was eccletic but she did trust them. The personalities though got tricky...

Her mind dragged her off down a hallway of thinking about the last date she had been on and what this boy looked like. Sabine knee his name was Jeremy and he went to her school and that was it. No last name. So she couldn’t google him according to her father, which made her very nervous because why shouldn’t she?? But it was done and she was here (10 minutes early now) and there was nothing to be done. The redhead idly wondered if her date would go well or not and if her powder blue dress was too short or not. Nothing wrong with showing off your thighs a little right?
