Favorite character: ike, elincia, micaiah, reyson!

Second favorite character: ranulf, tibarn, mia!

Least favorite character: the senators, oliver, ashnard, makalov

The character I’m most like: reyson perhaps? i have no idea

Favorite pairing: ike/soren, tibarn/reyson, mia/ilyana

Least favorite pairing: naesala/reyson :l, micaiah/sothe and haar/jill, ive never seen anyone pairing them but makalov/astrid as well

Favorite moment: when reyson and leanne revived the forest! also the whole second part of radiant dawn because elincia 🥺🥺

Rating out of 10: 6.5-7/10 good writing and characters but it’s obviously not a perfect game a lot of things could have been handled better

micah!!! you remind me of xania....... shes a minor character but shes one of my favorites 

she comes from a pumpkin farm! she and her brother took over it when their parents died, but after her brother got married and he and his wife started taking care of the farm she decided to started wandering the world! mostly to finish a book of spells her father started but couldnt finish, she wants his wish to live on. in the adventurer story of her wedding alt though you discover that there is much more to her, she likes that she has a “purpose” but is conflicted that said purpose was “given” to her by her father, so she decides to look for a purpose on her own without forgetting about her dad’s book!! i think shes very friendly and easy to get along with like you ^_^ i always feel comfortable when i see you on my dash or whenever we interact, you give me the impression that you are a very knowledgeable person that would definitely write a book if you put your mind to it, maybe in very different circumstances but kinda similar to what xania is doing! xania is a mage so she is also interested in learning new stuff so she can come up with better ideas for her dad’s book!!

im gonna answer the other one under a read more bc i want to give a mini explanation as to why i those are my top 5 charas!

actually this wont be long because i think i once talked about why i liked elincia, ike and micaiah with in one of your asks!!

ELINCIA u already know why…. love strong solid characters who keep their kind heart and nature intact

ike, besides the obvious things likeable about him like how kind he is, how true he stays to his ideals, i think its adorable how u imagine he would be this edgy stoic main character but he is so awkward, he just wants the best for his family and friends AND strangers he just wants the world to be at peace and ok

micaiah, i believe shes the main character that has gone through the most difficult situations in question of moral choices, like ive said before its interesting (but also heartbreaking) to watch a good intended and kind character go through something like that while keeping it together for the most part

claude, i was just about to rant about this on twitter thank you for giving me the chance to do it here instead lol i hate when people say all the main characters of this game are stupid because they have the same goal but still find themselves fighting, when claude right off the bat tells you post timeskip that he recognizes that he and edelgard have similar visions about what they want in fodlan (overthrow oppressive political forces, end classism, etc) BUT that he doesnt agrees with the way edelgard does it which includes lots of bloodshed, sacrificing civilians (HELL she even uses them as human shields in other routes) and basically taking the other countries in fodlan by force (imperialism) LIKE he knows the world needs changes but he doesnt get too one track minded about it and knows when things need to be done in another way just so more people dont suffer unnecessary, i didnt include dimitri here bc his route is more about his personal issues and doesnt concentrate much on fodlan as a whole like the other three but he also has like the main idea of we need to work to better the conditions of the less fortunate without unnecessary sacrifice

im gonna be selfish and say marianne, i know there are other characters people would think have more interesting stories or growth but it really hit me the way marianne was handled, i wasnt expecting it at all. we see this very depressed and suicidal psychotic teenager with horrible survivor’s guilt transform into someone more hopeful, who is probably never going to be over her situation but that doesnt mean she can try and be happy

im gonna do special mention to jill fizzart, because i usually dislike how the “this character is racist because they were raised like this but get better” trope is handled because you usually see it in media in the way that the racist character meets an oppressed character and they discover “they are not that bad”, but i like that they didnt do that to jill and instead we see her accept that she was told lies all her life and repeatedly works to unlearn them
