Hi there and hello. Very glad to have finally found your front door! I’ve been traveling somewhere between a week to a dozen years, sometimes in the future and sometimes in the past. I’m supposed to find a sheep as white as blood (???) and a fish that can speak prophecy in order to break the bad-luck curse on my family. Unfortunately every time I get close it seems the bad luck just keeps multiplying. Can you give me a modifier of some kind to make this whole quest less impossible?

That's a pretty nasty curse there. Not sure we can do anything to keep the bad luck from multiplying. Seems like one of those self-sabotaging ones that's meant to keep you in an infinite loop, hence the time travel I assume. It's the kind of curse that requires outside help to break.
Agent Halcyone can help you out. She just needs to find someone born in the year of the sheep (Chinese zodiac) with a skin tone the color of pure white blood cells. And then we'll hook up a fish tank where the fish's movements will generate audio of a tarot reading, like that fish that played video games.
