BORGIN & BURKE
Bait?
Yes. Bait.
You know, the sort of thing you put into a trap to lure something.
With the proper combination of charms, makeup, and poor lighting in a place where most people look a good 30 years older than they are on t their good days, I can pretty easily pass for something naive, a bit nervous, completely out of their element, and in their early to mid 20s.
That might as well be proverbial blood in the water to the sorts of people who frequent those types of places.
It’s fun and I get paid overtime for agreeing to do it.
Here’s one from the last time I was out as bait. Interesting one in that it was taken by the person they’d been trying to nail for a few years for a variety of reasons about two minutes before the fun started.
That one is just charms and poor lighting but if I sit at just the right spot at a table, the low light works.
