No … not that kind of mail. Recently I purchased a bundle of courses. After I paid my money and signed in, I keep getting email from the instructor. The first email was “hey Andrea, I know there’s a lot of material here. I suggest you start with …” I was a great way to ensure that A) I don’t feel overwhelmed and B) I actually use the courses I purchased. Why does that matter? If you sell courses you want people to actually use the material. If they use the course they will learn something. Maybe they’ll implement it. And get great results. If they get great results they’re more likely to buy other courses from you, give you a great review or refer other people to your courses. While it is important to have a great nurture sequence before someone buys, it is equally important AFTER they buy. You want to deepen the relationship, provide support and keep giving value to your new customers.
