DAY 716) Knytt Underground - Amazing Sandwiches

I was certain I had something more explicitly “7/16″ to post for day 716 but I think I used everything up that wouldn’t be better written as 7/8 so you get this instead I guess! Which is kind of borderline whether it counts or not as 7/16 vs fast 7/8 imo.

That 7 layer is pretty cool since it’s doing it’s own thing unrelated to what the first hits you hear are doing rhythmically. I wouldn’t call it 4/4 against 7/16 polymeter straight up since the “4/4″ stuff is more just free time and pretty lose but you still get that contrast and repeated rhythmic comparison and it’s pretty cool.
