My OC's name is Kohela! He is dark-skinned with yellow eyes and webbed hands and feet. He has teal hair with yellow highlights that he wears long and up, braided with pearls, and wears a (nicely ornamented, ofc) silk garment vaguely like a chiton with loose elbow-length sleeves. He is smart, kind, subtle, and a little vain. He likes his high-status job and has no ambitions beyond it, and is a liar so skilled that he has forgotten the extent to which he is lying to himself.
