Koakuma had horns of course, but mainly hid them through shapeshifting. So when meeting an oni, one of the most noticeable things is of course their horns. Sure demon horns were different compared to the horn(s) of an oni, but she was still very much curious about the whole thing. She only remembers that one time her body was reacting crazy and horns were coming out of no where all over her body. Her only bad experience with horns. So she is keen to know if other creatures have had any problems before.

“Excuse me. Have you ever had any problems with your horns before? Or a case of more trying to grow in unnatural places before?”The questions were odd, but Koakuma was keen to get more knowledgeable about horns. Even if they weren’t demon horns.
