We have been working really hard for over 22 years trying to get this land back with research, learning administration, studying federal and kingdom laws, lineage history , training cousins on how to do the protocols and processes in order to get us here and currently occupying our family land of coco palms. Coco palms was pretty much home for my first 5 years of life , in the property pretty much all day everyday with my parents, my great-grandmother of Laka decent owned the property that runs along the auwai -original ditch that runs between and from the property farm land to the ocean- which is now County of Kaua’i and Bishop estate owned, and Coco Palms was my first job.
