WOO commission for @adurolobe!! :D Hope you like it!
Koozk belongs to @adurolobe!
“What’s an assault rifle?” “What do you mean you have dragons too? And why are you so… small?” A goofy and wonderful commission that I got to get from @chalkywormswood (art blog: @chalk-boards ) of my asura Warmaster Koozk, and his AU Shadowrun counterpart, Comet! Truthfully, while the latter has very much become his own character, it’s nice to pay homage to your roots.I’ll have to do some info about Comet sometime, I’ve just been neglecting it since this is primarily a GW2 blog! this is where koozk returns to tyria with an automatic cannon Go give them a watchpeek!
“Jade Smile,” another fanciful loopy portrait done for @adurolobe, this time of his Warrior, Koozk. Always wanted an excuse to stylize a mohawk like this.
8''x10'', ballpoint done on smooth bristol.
Psst, hey! I'm still open for two of these, just right here for info if you want one!
I am absolutely willing, capable, and dare I say it, eager to do that for you! Stick that on my desk; consider it done in the morning, sir. Oh good, it’s lunch...
To most of the Vigil, Warmaster Koozk appears to be another by-the-books cog in the military order - or at least, a very gregarious and approachable one. The majority of his time acting as aide-de-camp, writing reports, and being an officer liaison tends to lend to that image. In fact, it’s Koozk’s personal belief that setting an example in the Vigil comes from being approachable, reliable, relatable, and optimistically vigilant. After all, it was the Vigil itself (through recruitment of the Peacemakers and their own Shocktroopers) that got him out of his young days of being a rude rapscallion and troublemaker.
However, this has had adverse consequences due to his dedication of office work and setting the example of proper file-and-rank. While he is by no means a slouch and has participated in several campaigns, he was not initially present for the Maguuma excursion, and therefore, has trouble keeping his normally level-headed attitude about the abysmal state the Pact and Vigil currently stand in. He struggles to keep his composure during these rough times, but he is the last person to give up any semblance of optimism or hope. Or at least, so he’s determined to prove. So far, he hasn’t broken down. Yet.
Currently, Koozk has set aside his desktop duties for more physical work out in the field, though even he can’t escape writing up reports in the forward camps.
You never asked me why I dedicated so much of my time to this order, you know. Well, to put it short and sweet, if you were to lead by example, what would you want to see?... I just want to set the right example. A little hope didn’t hurt anyone - and hope is exactly what we need right now.
Koozk absolutely loves food; not as a glutton, but in part to his high metabolism and love for tasting something new and exciting (he even often volunteers in the Vigil mess hall, serving and cooking), and keeping up with his honorary warband. He is not a fan of water (his modified EM armor, augmented with magi-lev crystals for cratering enemies when dropped on and increasing potential mass when taking a hit, has the unfortunate side-effect of making water a hazard!), being out in the heat, dried-out food, unprofessionalism, and ghosts.
