2. Do you think gay people choose to be gay? Do you think straight people choose to be straight? Ahh, this is a contoversial question haha. I don't think people choose to be gay in the sense that they wake up one day and are like "I think I'm going to be gay!" But I also don't think people are born gay or straight. Something in their upbringing causes them to go one way or the other. Something influences them or they experience things that cause them to be more prone to a homosexual or heterosexual lifestyle. So in a way, it's not a choice, but it's what they allow to influence them. I hope that makes sense.
3. What are some of your major goals in life? My long-term/major goals are to graduate college and get a job. That's all I'm working towards right now.
4. What are some of your smaller goals in life? Do well in school and be the best version of me for the people I love. Not really goals, but these are things I consciously try to do.
5. What’s the best decision you ever made? To come to the college I'm at now. I really love it, and I'm so happy to be here~
6. If you could learn one random skill, what would you learn? Oh, idk to actually be good at studying. It kills me and my grades to be so unfocused all the time. I also would really like to draw well.
7. If you were going to write a book, what would you call it and what would it be about? I always think about writing books man. I'd probably call it "Looking for *insert name here*" And the name would be the name of the main character. It would essentially be about a young girl finding her place in the world and finding herself. Hence, she is "looking for herself" which is where the title plays in.
8. What have you learned today? I learned that I am very selfish and I am way too blessed to have the friends I have.
9. What do you think is one of the most undervalued professions right now? Teachers, definitely. Especially secondary teachers. They do way too much work than they are given proper credit/financial compensation for.
10. What’s the biggest personal change you’ve ever made? Hm... being more open and less of a loner haha. It's hard and I'm still working at it, but I'm getting there.
11. If you could visit any country in the world, where would you go? Obligatory answer: South Korea haha. Nah, I would like to go there, but I also want to go to Japan or Germany. Also more states in the US!
