나는 항상 보지 않은 것들에 대해 안좋은 상상을 하고 확신하고 의심하고 혼자 괴로워하는 나쁜 버릇이 있다. 언제부터 생긴 버릇인지 모르겠는데 가끔 불쑥불쑥 튀어나오는 이 마음이 정말 너무 괴롭다. 내가 중심이 서지 않아서 그런 것 같은데, 항상 내가 경험하고 본것만 가지고 사람을 판단하도록 노력해야겠다.
오늘은 미사 드리면서 아빠 생각을 많이 했다. 아빠가 사람들에게 마음을 더 열면 정말 아빠의 훌륭한 생각들이 더욱 사람들에게 공감을 얻을 수 있을 것 같다는 생각이 든다.
I tend to think about a bad situation that never have happened and make myself be tortured by suspicious circumstances. I am not sure since when did I start doing this bad habit. It comes very unexpectedly and is very painful for me. Maybe I should be more self-reliant and get more self esteem, so I can make a decisions with what I saw and what I experienced.
I was thinking about my dad in my mediation at mass. I hope he understand how to communicate with people in his heart. If he does, I am sure that people could see and understand his wonderful thoughts about Korea. I pray for my dad.
