May I ask how you pick winners from submissions?

Of course!~

There isn't a set rule or algorithm by which I select winners, especially for submissions. The sincerity I glean from the "about me" sections do make a difference. If a wishlist includes something I already have on hand or could get for someone with little difficulty, I may go ahead and get it. There are a number of different factors and aligning of planets involved.

But I make an effort to randomly draw at least one winner from the note pool and at least one from the submission list, by the gracious assistance of random.org.

Any extra prizes disbursed are at whim and by the size of my paycheck.

On the sidebar, you'll find a link titled "Winners" where two winners are posted.

I purchase and ship out merchandise at the end of each giveaway period as well as throughout. Winners are chosen both by selection and at random. At least 1 to 2 prizes will be via chance. May the odds be ever in your favor.

I read all submission forms even though some of you think I'll never read the mile length essays, silly bunnies. ; ;

By merchandise do you mean albums as well or just items like posters, stickers etc? c:

Haha~ Anything really. I named it the K-Pop Project but K-items in general I'm willing to purchase for people. What I wish to fulfill is a wishlist item that brings someone happiness, so it could be an album or a poster or a lightstick or cosmetic item (which some of you have requested) or a voucher to purchase what you'd like. A majority of people put in requests for albums.

If someone requests smaller items that I could readily ship or purchase I may go ahead and do it on the spot after correspondence with the winners, which is why there are two winners already atm. ^ ^

tldr;; Yes, it’s open to international participants. ^ ^

Realistically speaking there are certain items that aren’t feasible to send internationally (especially with heavier albums). Anything weighing 1lb or more will rack upwards of $15 USD to ship excluding the price of the merchandise and the price of having it shipped to me. In granting wishlists, I enter the mailing address of the recipient (hence I cannot stress how important it is to triple check that you guys reply with a correct address if I ask for one!) That way it cuts me out of that equation.

The vouchers will be sent to the tumblr users via e-mail— what they wish to purchase with it and where they wish for it to be sent will be at their discretion. Hence, no issues there.
