For so many 2018 was a hard year, but for me it was one of self care. One of sifting thru any old baggage & tossing it out, getting back to ME! It was a great year and I know 2019 is only gonna get better! My skin has never been clearer, my hair is growing long & healthy, with my natural color almost all the way back in, I’ve been eating a healthy vegan lifestyle for over a year now & most importantly I’ve been surrounded by love. Genuine Love. Oh how that single ingredient will flip your world upside down for the better. Surrounding yourself with only those who really love you for who you are and care for your well being. Interacting with those who are teachers & have wisdom, information to spark the idol mind. Be curious, read, ingest perspectives & ideas foreign to your mind. Just grow! Never stop growing. I wish you a year of continued growth. May you never find yourself stagnant for this is death to life, to business, to creativity, to purpose.
