Hi! I hope this scenario request wont be too difficult D: But I was wondering if you could do a Kris scenario along the lines of the story of Hades and Persephone?
Oh! I can honestly say this is one of my favorite requests. I took a modern approach but the story is still pretty much the same although I omitted a few things for obvious reasons and changed a couple things as well to make it fit better too. It turned out a tad bit long. Sorry this took so long to write btw, hope you like it though!
It was love at first sight. Kris knew he had to make her his. At all costs….
“Bye Tao!”, Yujin said as she hugged him.
She let go and waved at him as she walked towards the door. She was enjoying herself at the party but it was getting a bit late. She didn’t want her parents to worry.
Kris saw Yujin leave. This was his opportunity. He quickly left after her. He doubt anyone would notice he was gone anyways. People seemed to be intimidated by him so they kept their distance. Not that he minded it; he actually liked being by himself.
He only came to this party because Tao personally invited him. That’s when he saw Yujin. She was beautiful. She had to be the most beautiful girl he’d ever laid eyes on. Long, wavy, waist length, golden brown hair, skin like porcelain, a small face, big doll eyes, a small nose, thin, pink lips, and legs that seemed to go on for days. He had to make her his.
Luckily for him, his car was parked nearby and she seemed to be walking that way. He quickened his pace, closing the distance between them.
As Yujin was walking along, she suddenly felt someone grab her from behind and cover her mouth. They turned her around to face the parking lot so no one could see that her mouth was covered. If someone saw, they’d just look like a couple hugging. She struggled to get free but the more she struggled, the tighter his hold became.
“Stop moving around so much, I don’t want to have to hurt you”, he whispered, his voice low and raspy in her ear.
She couldn’t believe this was happening. Her heart was beating out of control as tears filled her eyes. She was scared so she did as she was told. He quickly walked her towards the car and shoved her in, locking the door as he got into the driver’s side.
“Don’t you dare try to get out”, he threatened.
The car ride home was a suffocatingly silent one with Yujin’s stifled sobs breaking the silence every now and then. Kris couldn’t believe he was doing this. All he knew was he wanted her and there was no room for rejection. This was his only choice.
“W-where are you t-taking me”, she asked between breaths.
He adjusted his grip on the steering wheel and cleared his throat.
“To my apartment, you’re mine from now on”.
Yujin was stumbling to keep up with his long strides as he pulled her up the stairs and to his apartment. He unlocked the door and threw her inside before walking in and locking the door behind him.
“W-what are you going to do to me?”, she asked.
“Nothing. If you just listen to me and stay here, I won’t do anything to you”, he answered.
She finally got a good look at his face. He looked really familiar. Then it clicked in her head that she saw him at the party just moments before.
“Y-you were at the party, r-right?”, she asked again carefully.
“Why didn’t you just talk to me then? Why’d you have to go and do this?”
“Like you’d really give someone like me the time of day”, he spat.
“This was my only option”.
Kris looked at the girl standing in his living room. She was visibly shaking, obviously scared and being very cautious.
“I suggest you get used to this apartment because you’re not going to go anywhere”, he said, figuring he should lay down the law.
“You don’t have to like me now but you’ll learn to”.
“M-my parents! They’ll come looking for me!”, she threatened.
“A-and Tao too! He won’t forgive you once he finds out!”
“And that’s why you’re going to call your parents now and tell them you’ll be spending the night at your boyfriend’s house and that you’re planning on living with him from now on”, he retorted.
“W-what makes you think I’ll listen to you?!”, Yujin threatened, although her shaking voice made it unconvincing.
“If you don’t want to get hurt, you’ll listen to me”, he threatened, taking a step towards her.
Days passed. The days eventually turned into weeks. Weeks into months. Yujin’s parents called her everyday to make sure she was okay. She reassured them she was okay, although she’d burst out in tears after they hung up. Tao came over once in a while but she had to pretend like her and Kris were really a couple. She hated this. How did her life end up this way? It’s not like Kris was a bad guy, she just didn’t want to be here with him against her own will. Maybe if he approached her properly, she’d feel different about him. But he didn’t so now she harbored a deep resentment towards him.
When Kris got home, he saw Yujin sitting on the couch, holding her knees against her chest. He walked towards the couch and placed a box on the table in front of her.
“Here”, he said with a hint of happiness in his voice.
He opened the box and pulled out the cake.
“For our six month anniversary”.
He looked up and slightly smiled at her, hoping she’d find it endearing. Instead, she had the same blank, emotionless face she’d shown him since the day she learned of her fate with him.
“Aren’t you happy?”, he asked, taken aback by her lack of reaction.
“How can I be happy?!”, she shouted suddenly, kicking the cake off the table onto the floor.
Yujin closed her eyes and felt a tear escape as Kris lightly planted kisses along her neck. She gripped the bed sheets as his hands roamed along her naked body. She felt so dirty. She felt so alone. Why did this have to happen to her?
Tao was visiting today. Those were the only days Yujin looked forward to. The days she longed for. They became her happiness, even if it only lasted a few hours. Kris strictly told Tao he wasn’t allowed to take her out places. The younger agreed out of respect.
“You never look happy when I come over”, Tao said, voice filled with concern.
Yujin never told him how her and Kris really started this “relationship” but maybe it was time she did. It’s not like Kris was a bad guy, she just didn’t like the way he went about things. Yujin took a deep breath and let all her feelings and thoughts out. Tao listened attentively but he was visibly shocked by what she was saying. He held her when she started crying uncontrollably.
“Help me, please Tao”, she pleaded.
Kris sat down with Tao. The younger asked him out for a drink and said he needed to talk about something.
“So what did you need to talk about?”, he asked as he took a sip of his drink.
“I know. I know what’s been going on between you and Yujin”, the younger boy said.
“She told me everything”.
Kris’ knuckles were visibly white from gripping on the cup so hard. It took everything in him to keep from slamming the glass down.
“So…she told me she doesn’t think bad of you but she just hates how you treat her like a caged animal”, Tao said.
“Maybe, just maybe if you let her go see her family and go out places more, your relationship with her wouldn’t be so one sided…”
Kris sat there in silence. He knew the way he treated her must’ve made her unhappy but he tried to make up for the fact that he wouldn’t let her out with other things. He lavished her with clothes and sweets and everything he thought she’d like. He didn’t want her to go out places because he was scared she’d leave him. That was something he couldn’t let happen. Even if he didn’t want that to happen, the possibility of her actually feeling the same way he felt about her was also tempting…
“…So you think if I let her go out more often rather than keeping her locked up in the house…she’d start liking me?”, he asked quietly.
“It’s not guaranteed but it’s worth a shot”, Tao answered with a weak smile.
“Y-you can leave now”, Kris said uneasily, much to Yujin’s surprise.
“H-huh?”, she answered, a little confused.
“Tao told me that if I wanted you to like me, I shouldn’t be doing this”, he mumbled.
“But you have to promise me that you’ll go out on dates with me once in a while and give me a chance to prove myself and make this whole year up to you…”, he said softly as he looked up at her with pleading eyes.
This came as a shock to her. This whole conversation was a shock to her. She was still trying to wrap her head around the whole thing.
“I don’t think you’re a bad guy”, she began carefully.
“A-actually, if you would’ve approached me normally, we could’ve been better off”.
She saw the slight hint of hope in his eyes fade instantly as he looked down in frustration.
“You’ve seen all of me. All of me in a way that no other person has seen me before. You’ve carefully taken care of me this whole year, albeit you did limit me to certain things and I honestly resent you for it but…”, she continued hesitantly, not sure of what she was really feeling.
“You’re not a bad guy. If it’s just a few dates that you want, I-I think I can do that for you”.
Kris’ head perked up immediately as he looked at her with disbelief.
“I won’t guarantee anything but maybe there might be something between us. We’ve already gone this far so it doesn’t hurt to try and see right?”, she finished.
Kris didn’t know what to say. After all the horrible things he put her through, she was still willing to compromise and give him a second chance. It was more than he ever deserved but he was thankful. There was one thing that he absolutely had to do before she left him though. He took a slight step forward and saw her flinch. That hurt his heart so he stood where he was without advancing any further. He’d just say it right here and now before he lost the courage.
“I’m sorry Yujin. I’m truly sorry for everything I’ve done and put you through. And I want to thank you for being kind enough to try and give me a second chance even though I’ve probably scarred you deeper than I ever wanted to…”
His voice cracked and he tried to blink away the tears. He couldn’t look at her anymore, feeling all of the guilt and regret hitting him all at once. Suddenly he felt her small arms around his waist and the warmth of her body against his.
“Don’t cry…”, she whispered comfortingly.
He looked down at the small girl hugging him as if he did nothing wrong. He hesitantly put his arms around her, returning the hug. This was the first time she’d actually hugged him willingly. He didn’t know that he could feel this happy from a mere hug. He promised himself then and there that he’d do anything for her.
“I’ll spend the rest of my life trying to make it up to you and to make sure you’re happy”, he whispered as he gently stroked her hair.
“If at anytime you feel like I’m not worthy anymore, I’ll leave. I’ll leave and never show my face to you ever again”, he promised.
He felt her gently let go and he did the same. She looked up at him and simply smiled.
THIS is the after story if you're interested. ^^
