I SAW THIS REALLY LATE WHAT THE DONK BUT HMM I think with things like this, it just takes time. As with most jobs, you have to start from the bottom and climb your way up which can feel discouraging at times (since it can be a slow process with lots of hard work involved orz) but I assure you, it'll pay off in the end! And I'm sure over time your communication skills and your confidence will improve as well since you'll get used to the profession and whatnot

Anyway, yeah I know to start small but some people are just so good at it that they get expected without fail and then I have to PUSH my way to the top and it’s kind of un fair because I just want to shove everyone out of the way like YOU didn’t have to take ten steps to get where you are now let me have my moment. But then I have to remember that everyone has their own pace on doing things and as well as their own insecurities to work on so we all should be accepting from each other and learn off that and help each other out. I just wish people weren’t so self coincided and stuck up like ha I got into a better school than you do. Like ???? okay ???? hhnnn I hope that I can at least improve myself. It’s been years since I’ve been trying to do so. : c but knowing friends like you have my back no matter what makes me feel better
