5. if they wear any, how does your character go about applying makeup? (methodically, nervously, messily, etc)

very gently and carefully, but unfortunately not very well. they don’t want to mess it up, but they also don’t have the dexterity to apply it 😅

12. what color would they paint their room? would there be a design on the ceiling?

preferably something bright, probably white. i don’t think there’d be a design on the ceiling, but they would definitely plaster the walls with furniture and frames :)

18. would they sing a lullaby, if the opportunity arose?

100%! that is, if they remember how the lullaby in question goes...

22. when they speak, do they have a default tone of voice? if yes, do they try to change it? why?

in their late teens they took training to make their voice deeper, and this is now the voice that they’re most comfortable with. but their natural voice is a good bit higher, and it sometimes comes out if they’re especially upset or surprised.

28. if they can fly, how do they feel in the moment their feet touch the ground again?

nothing as sweet as some solid, unmoving ground beneath the feet <3 as someone who has plummeted to their sure death and survived twice, they love being on the ground again, boots of flight or no xD

For Millie: 33. where are they in a group hug? (dead center, outside, etc)

In any given group hug, Millie is sure to be the driving force and the dead center. Believe it!

66. who makes them feel warm?

all of the silvertongues (even Lei), but especially Bash. there’s a quiet strength in him that Kuris can’t help but admire.

64. do they value mercy or justice more?

they used to value justice a lot higher, and they still tend to value it over mercy, but in changing their faith, they’re trying to change their views on mercy as well. it’s not easy when everything you fight won’t stop until you’re dead, but oh well, nobody said it was easy

48. what do they see in their future?

nothing, really. they’ve never had a lot of foresight to begin with, and having cut all their ties (or having them obliterated), there isn’t really anything specific they’re looking forward to. to them, they could travel with the silvertongues until they die.

4. if they could learn one spell that isn’t available to them at present, which spell would it be?

Wall of Force, hands down. makes deescalation sooo much easier, doesn’t require saving throws, and can be used for protection as well as crowd control. just gotta grind three more levels 😅

7. which party member do they understand the least?

right now it’s Mira. generally, it’s probably also Mira. xD nothing against her, but Kuris is twice her age and they don’t have a whole lot in common apart from being martial classes ‘^^

17. what do they dream about, when their dreams are their own?

they don’t really dream a whole lot anymore, but when they do, it’s memories of their former life, their family and old friends.

30. what do they seek out from others?

it all comes back to trust, doesn’t it? both trust that they ask for, and signs that their trust can be given, that’s what it’s all about. maybe it’s the leadership role that they can’t let go of.

37. what is their favorite thing to hold?

this is going to sound cheesy as hell, but it’s hands. yes, a sword in hand makes them feel powerful, but a sword isn’t a gift, it’s a curse. holding hands though - lifting others up, being guided elsewhere, keeping contact to other people... yeah...

56. what animal do they most relate to?

this is a tough one. i’m thinking buffalo, since they too are strong, tanky, peaceful, and live in groups - but then again, lions, ants and bees all work as well...

1. what kind of clothing does your character like to wear? do they have a style? anything they avoid wearing?

Kuris doesn’t really have a fashion sense; They wear anything that seems good at the moment, and mostly focus on armor. When not dressing for combat, they prefer long sleeves and skirts but have no preference regarding colors or styles.

7. how would they react to eating something that was spicier than they expected it to be?

Choke xD then take a little break to cough and breathe while their eyes start watering and maybe fan themself a little air

9. if someone gave them flowers, what would they do with them?

Carry them with themself for as long as possible 😊 back in their hometown, they would put them in a mug (they don’t own vases) and leave them on the kitchen table, but since they’re on the go, they would put them either behind their ear and horns, or try to put them somewhere in their armor, just to have them with them

37. how would they pass the time on a train?

Nap 100%. They would sit down with nothing much to do and fall asleep within 5 minutes, maybe even start snoring a little.

For Millie 34: what's the first thing they think when they hear an alarm? what's the first thing they do?

get an adult xD Millie is rarely alone and doesn’t sleep, so they would first make sure everyone is aware that an alarm is going off and then decide together what to do
