The Kitchener-Waterloo Association of REALTORS® (KWAR) just released the February Homes Sales Report. What I found interesting about this report is that the average sale price of all residential properties sold in February increased 3.1 percent to $478,801 compared to February 2017. With the government’s efforts to make home ownership more difficult for home buyers, the market hasn't cooled down in this area compared to other areas. Feb is considered a slow sales month. The market is expected to change in the spring due to supply and demand. I am predicting another Spring Buying Spree. The best time is now to list your home.
