We recently had the chance to sit down and have a talk with local indie-pop band Koruscant Weekend. Having just finished a west coast tour with Finish Ticket, these guys have been busy planning their take over of the indie-pop scene! Balancing college and jobs during the day, they take the stage at night with their crowd controlling dance tunes. Their homecoming show at the SLG Art Boutiki was fully equipped with synchronized crowd swaying, a melodica, girls dancing with a penguin figure, and even ending their set with a "USA" chant. How's that for indie rock?
