So I was having most of the discussion on Discord, but I'll leave a few remarks here.

The day before, I was told in vague terms that (1) the new outfit wasn't a full skirt and (2) no trains 😢 . Tragic that we didn't get to see the full outfit, but I'll just design the shoes myself for the chibi in my pinned post. Hopefully, the acrylic stand will have a full outfit.

When I read the dossier, my jaw immediately dropped.

So. Appare March. (I nabbed a few screenshots to start. I might recreate various elements as posts of their own later)

It's blatantly a corrupted Purge March. He recites the tenets over a rock instrumental in a minor key (whereas Amane's is more pop in a major key- hang on, I'll do the pitch analysis later)
