Smallville 1x11 – El saludo

Uno de los episodios que tengo más presentes. Me ha gustado.

Me ha gustado el villano de turno; su poder no es original porque el control mental (o la súper persuasión, llámenlo como quieran, no deja de ser robo a la libertad de elección) es de lo más visto en el mundo de la ficción, pero la idea de que tuviera que ser a base de un saludo es ingeniosa, sobre todo teniendo en cuenta que el oficio es de negociante.

Lo mejor es que venía en un dos por uno; el bueno y el malo. Kyle y Bob son como los dos lados de una misma moneda y sienta un gran vislumbre para el futuro que les espera a Lex y Clark. Eso sí, ese pequeño vislumbre del Lex malévolo estuvo de lujo.

Lo que me ha gustado mucho es que por primera vez se nos muestra a un fenómeno de meteorito que no sea un total demente. Por muy ermitaño y antisocial que sea, Kyle es una muy buena persona. Da esperanza para los próximos infectados, ¿cierto?

Agh, en serio, en serio no me gusta Whitney y en este caso Lana tampoco me ha gustado por defenderlo. Que sí, que es su novio y tiene el derecho de hacerlo, pero la mujer se precipita demasiado a sacar sus conclusiones. Siempre hay dos versiones de la historia, Lana, aprende eso, lo necesitarás. Es curioso pero parece que a ella también se le da fatal lo de la comunicación.

Me encanta cuando Clark saca su lado mezquino. Ese apretón que le dio a Bob casi le rompe la mano, jeje.

Lo que me parece interesante también es que parece que la invencibilidad de Clark todavía está desarrollándose. Las balas que alcanzaron a tocarlo le dejaron moretones pero en el futuro ya ni las sentirá. Interesante, pero tiene sentido y es menos cursi que eso de que sólo lo dañan por ser de su mejor amigo.

Un buen episodio.

I'm ready...what?...why are you looking at me like that?...and why is my mouth minty?" "Let's just say he proved his point." "Oh...God did I just--" "Don't worry it was...fine."
