Kylo had been sent by his master Abigail to spy on Flynn who was associated with Modi as Kylo’s master had been tipped off and wanted to destroy, tear apart and possibly eradicate the famed bloodline of Akasha and ruin their reputation as Abigail was not in the mood for competition since the two had been rivals for centuries and would do anything to keep her power and remain on top.
