Really love sports anime and guys with long hair so this one please. Kagome is the manager of the Honan Stride Club but she also has skills for Stride. She's Kyousuke's running buddy but they eventually develop a relationship

I hope you enjoy it, anon. I had a hard time writing this one…

“You improved,” the miko spoke after clicking the button on the timer in her hand. “I guess you are serious of returning to the stride club, Kyosuke-kun?” Looking up from her clipboard, her lips curved into a gentle smile upon seeing the silver haired third year trying to catch his breath.

Hearing his name, the third year runner placed his hands on his hips before turning to face her. He felt a bit guilty requesting Honan’s stride manager to help him get back into the swing of things before fully returning to the club. With Ayumu’s request to return to the sport, he had to think things over.

Watching Kagome jot down some notes on her clipboard, he made his way towards her. She had become a manager for the stride club after he and Heath witnessed her skills for running when she chased after a cat - who had stolen her necklace.

But even after he had quit the team, she continued to visit him.

“I think I’ll try it once more,” he spoke, catching her attention.

Kagome nodded back. “Okay. Let me just reset the timer and-” she blinked as both her clipboard and timer were taken away from her hands. “Kyousuke-kun?”

“You’re running with me.” Taking a sip from his water bottle, he ignored her confused expression.

After her visits, it soon turned to having night runs together.

“Then who is going to record your time?” her brow rose questioningly.

Mimicking her eyebrow, Kyousuke lent her a hair tie before zipping up his jacket once more. “Who said I wanted it recorded? I just want to run for fun.”

Left to stare at his back, Kagome blinked once again. Looking down on the hair tie on her palm, she sighed with a smile. Kyousuke was not the type to be clear with his words, but running definitely helped him be honest with her.

If it weren’t for those small runs, their relationship would not have existed in the first place.

I can kind of imagine Kuga wearing his long hair in a side braid once they're older and have children already. You know, typical anime "mom hair" haha. I bet he'd look fab in it though

If your still taking headcannons could i ask for kagome and kyousuke (PoS). I know you wrote a scenerio about them for me but i just love his character, plus i think the two of them would be adorable.

I am always afraid of writing Prince of Stride characters…not sure why ha-ha.

Headcanons:

Kyousuke drags Kagome for morning or night runs.

It isn’t that she doesn’t like them or she is slow, she just rather be laying down.

One of Kagome’s favorite things to do is play with Kyousuke’s hair, despite his embarrassed and annoyed expressions.

But he secretly loves it.

Although quiet and keeps to himself, Kyousuke does like to have conversations with the miko, but only if they are alone.

One of Kyousuke’s favorite things to do is give Kagome rides to her home on the back of his motorcycle.

Especially since she wraps her arms around him.
