Stella Launches L.I.L.Y

Award winning Red Carpet Designer (aka Stella McCartney) has finally announced the launch of a new fragrance: L.I.L.Y. 

For this new scent, Stella worked with Jacques Cavallier, the same master perfumer who collaborated with her to create her first edition, STELLA Eau de Parfum.

The bottle (left) is pretty sexy and understated (I would expect nothing less from Stella) whilst the scent itself is pretty light and fresh with an outdoorsy Spring morning feel.

Top notes include truffle, mid-notes are the green and luminous lily of the valley, while oak moss is featured at the base.

L.I.L.Y will be launching exclusively at Selfridges from 26 January, and comes in an Eau de Parfum  which will be available in three sizes: 30ml, 50ml and 75ml, priced at £44, £60 and £76 respectively.

It will then be released nationwide from 15 February, with a further body collection coming out in March!

Stella is one busy lady.

L.I.L.Y da Stella McCartney

      Além de roupas, a estilista Stella McCartney também está ramo dos perfumes.

Esse será o segundo perfume lançado pela marca e terá o nome L.I.L.Y em homenagem à mãe da estilista, Linda McCartney.

"O nome veio do apelido que meu pai deu para minha mãe: Linda I love you (L.I.L.Y.). Também vem do nome de uma das minhas flores prediletas, o lírio (lily em inglês)”, disse Stella ao WWD.

O perfume terá notas de lírio, musgo de carvalho e trufa.
