ϡ for a MENTAL STATE headcanon

Clear is actually a rather fragile person underneath his bubbly exterior. Which isn’t to say that the way he acts most of the time is less real than his insecurities, he’s just complicated and multi-layered, like a human. Which is where most of his fragility steams from. He wants so badly to be human, to be normal and like everyone else around him. So he tries as hard as he can to act as human as he knows how, as freely as he can. So he needs his mask ,and his jellyfish, and clothes, and strange personality, and his happiness. He needs all the things that make him who he is so that he’s constantly reminded that he’s acting of his own free will. Otherwise he really is just a machine following a set program of action.

◙ for a FOOD headcanon

Clear loves food. Everything about it. He absolutely adores making food for people, and he loves eating it too despite not having to. He eats as often as he can, which isn’t as often as he would like because processing it does put a little strain on his internal mechanisms.

␛ for an ANGER headcanon

It’s pretty hard to get Clear really angry. He gets upset fairly easily, but true anger is usually only brought about by someone hurting the people he cares about or frustration. He’d still rather go for words first rather than a physical confrontation if he can help it.
