if you know there is someone who is harboring negative feelings towards you, is it possible that could make your sensitivity to ghosts and such stronger? or do you think it's just a case of paranoia??

From what I know, these things don't seem to have a relation when it comes to spirits. It could, however, make you more aware of any possible ill intentions a person has towards you in terms of if they're wishing bad things on you or, if they know their way around such things, attempting to curse you or otherwise bring you harm though similar means. Even if a person doesn't have experience with that kind of magic, sometimes a sincere enough wish is all it takes to bring down trouble. You might find yourself more aware of that (though of course, paranoia might have a part to play in that, too) but I'm unaware of any links it would have with seeing spirits.
