Since it’s my first ever post, I wanted to start with the very first step on a skincare routine: Cleansers! 👏
These are my two favorite cleansers at the moment. First is the Sublimage Comfort Cleanser from Chanel (this is the old version, they have reformulated and renamed it into the Sublimage Lhuile en Gel de Demaquillage); I use this as my makeup remover. It comes out gel-like and turns into an oil once massaged unto the skin. Very gentle on the eyes so it will also remove eyemakeup without the sting. 🙈
Then there is my ultimate favorite face cleanser that I use everyday to wash my face in the morning, before I apply my night time skin care routine, in the shower or after I use the Sublimage cleanser: La Mousse Foaming Cleanser (also) from Chanel. Crazy expensive for a face wash? Maybe. But a little goes a looong way... All you need is a tiny seed sized amount and it will start foaming up enough for the whole face. Once it gets contact with your damp face that soft, luxurious foam cleanse away dirt, pollution, excess oil and even that bit of makeup your makeup remover didn’t all get. Reminder though, do not get this near your eyes coz this one does sting. 🥺
This double cleansing combo works so well! Skin feels super clean but subtle and luxurious at the same time.
