When Moraine & co emerge from the ways and she turns to them and says "Whatever it was you heard in the wind," *dramatic pause,* I thought she was going to finish "it isn't true." Because she knows of the black wind already and how it speaks to your deepest irrational fears. Yet, despite her knowledge, it still spoke to her fear such that she cannot say "it isn't true" because she thinks that is a lie. It's on the tip of her tongue... but she can't bring herself to try voicing it. Instead she thinks, then finishes, "put it out of your minds."

Her eyes are so red-rimmed when they escape. All props to the makeup department; she's clearly been crying.
