So this picture of Lance and Keith's tic tac toe game has been going around.

I've tried a LOT of different combinations and none of them seem like Lance even tried. He's not stupid, plus he grew up with a lot of family members that he probably played against all the time.

These 3 are the only combinations I found where it looks like Lance actually tried, at least a little, but all of them look like Lance could've easily won, or at least tied. The first one was the order given by @coranner

Keith probably never actually played tic tac toe, at least not often. He clearly wasn't very (at least, positively) social.

Try and find me an order where Lance lost simply because the game was challenging, but Lance probably knows all the tricks, he wouldn't lose that easy.

In conclusion:

Lance let Keith win
