Lapis and Maibe came over with their newly adopted son: Ra'ed
Sad story what happened to his parents who were neighbors of Lapis and Maibe. But they had been wanting to expand their family for a while now so I'm happy for them. He is an occult born with magical wings, like those from bees, but not colored like honey.
Last piece of news: Lapis and Maibe want kids. Of course, they're two women so it's hard to make that happen naturally. Lapis seemed unsure about it but Maibe was happily playing with Akila and asking her brother if he needed help watching his daughters.
Celebration!
To celebrate my grandkid's birthday, we invited friends and family over.
Turns out Lapis and Maibe are dating. After moving out they found themselves attracted to each other. I didn't even know such a thing was possible.
Lotus happily chatted to everyone.
Rah was surprised to find his mom in attenance, after not having seen her for so long. Turns out she's now a vampire. It must be comforting to know one of your parents is still alive. Hopefully she'll try to keep in touch and get to know her grandkids. Amongst many news she informed Rah that she has new sons.
This means Rah has/had 13 siblings.
It was hard to receive the news that Khaled would never again return home. I was holding baby Bahiti when we received my son's remains.
Most of us went on a little expedition to the lake to get some black goldfish for my son Khaled. The goldfish eluded us, but Maibe and Amaritis celebrated their birthdays.
Maibe is ready to move on her own, probably with Lapis and Amon. But Amaritis isn't too happy with her new aging body. She described it as creaking.
Oh! And Neferure is expecting again!
The household is still rather upset about Amr's death. It took us all by surprise since we thought aliens lived longer. My grandson Rah tried to hide it but I know he cried about it.
Amaritis, my daughter in law, was especially affected. She's extra emotional since she's pregnant.
And with no surprise, Lapis was also still distraught over her father's death. She tried to distract herself by gardening.
More birthdays! Rah is ready to take over as head of the house (which is a good thing because Khaled is getting pretty old, I'm sad to say). Maibe also grew.
