One of the most interesting and coolest people I’ve had the pleasure to get to know. @eric_vonarab Is a former pro skater and guitarist for @lovecanal (one of the founding bands of the OC punk scene). Also a big help with working at Pacific Amphitheatre. He looks intense, but is super cool.

Megan and her Standard Poodles, Bodley and Pearl, are a tight-knit clan. Pearl and Megan are originally from the East Coast while Bodley is an LA native. They all currently live in Echo Park. 

For this photo shoot, we took a walk along their favorite nearby spot, Elysian Park Trail. Pearl, a refined 10-year-old, stayed by Megan’s side for most of the hike while Bodley, an energetic 6-year-old, romped around the garden and sprinted down the trails like he’d been shot out of a canon. By 9:30am, Bodley finally ran himself tired and the park was already scorching hot, so, we descended back down the hill to their house which is just a hop, skip, and a jump from the trail. 

I don’t get over to the East Side enough and the city views from Elysian Park Trail are phenomenal so I will be sure to take my pup, Wally, for a stroll there soon (maybe when the heat cools off).
