Middle child to Tom Lucitor and Larry Kelpbottom, he is a rude and asshole fish boy who constantly degrades those around him. With little to no respect for authority, he was sent away to a reform school, similar to St Olga's, but escapes and secretly joins the Interdimensional Soldier and became a member of the fighter's rank, under the leadership of Meiga.
