“You can’t take my son away from me”

This scene made me tear up. The emotions he was portraying are so raw. He is about to lose his son, the one good thing in his life because he fucked up and made decisions that put him in danger. The built up rage and growl of anger and frustration expresses his overwhelming emotions so clearly. I can’t help but think as an actor he was drawing from someplace personal.

For the first 5 seconds I swore he was going to say “you broken”. The way he tilts his body down to look her in the eye is so very Price but it’s also because he’s so DAMN TALL THAT MAKING EYE CONTACT IS DIFFICULT. I also have no idea how the mother of his child didn’t just jump him at the first growl in his voice….shes clearly dealt with his shit enough.

There is something I think that might cheer you up, though. There were fingerprints on the duct tape that we recovered from the clown shoe, possible match to an ex-con named Garth Haney.

When was anybody going to tell me that L.A.'s Finest is a spin-off of the Bad Boys franchise starring Jessica Alba and Gabrielle Union.

This is a scene from season 2, episode 10 of LA’s Finest where Jessica Alba’s character Nancy McKenna is undercover and is paired up with Zach Gilford’s character Ben Walker. When someone comes down the hall, in order to keep Nancy’s cover intact, Ben says they should kiss. Aaaaand yeah. 😜😚

I don’t usually watch police procedural shows but I’m weak for Gabrielle and Jessica so I’m watching this because wow look at them

I watched the first few episodes of L.A.’s Finest and so far it’s really awesome!

It’s one of the best cop shows I’ve seen I think. I don’t know how it doesn’t have a higher rating on IMDb because it’s so damn good!

I love it tbh.

It’s nice to see Jessica Alba back on TV as I loved her in Dark Angel which I didn’t watch until a few years later on TV on repeats.

I think I saw the 2 Bad Boys movies, I definitely saw the first. I think I saw the second but I can’t remember for sure. I think I did though :/

Jessica Alba and Gabrielle Union make a great team in it though. They’re very funny together too!

I can’t wait to watch the rest of the season and see what happens!

I like all the plots going on in it, more personal stuff and other cop stories - not just your basic cop show.
