Hi Anon, yes I know someone who is going to Jimmy Kimmel on Thursday (and no, it’s not me. Like I keep saying, I live in L.A., I know a lot of people). For those who haven’t attended a taping of Kimmel, the way it works is this: If you have tickets you line up outside the main entrance, which is on Hollywood Blvd. and enter thru there. For fans who didn’t get tickets, they can still get to see the celeb by going to the back entrance, which is in an alley way where the stars arrive. Lots of fans wait there trying to get an autograph or a picture with the actors as they arrive or when they leave. Most stars will stop to say hello to their fans. I’m sure Sam will too.  

As for the shipper who will embarrassingly try to get Sam to sign a pic of the “fist bump,” or “lemon,” which Extreme Shippers still INCORRECTLY attribute to Sam...I’m sure Sam will sign them, totally clueless as to why he’s being asked to sign those. And ES, will squee, and take it as “confirmation” that Sam is acknowledging he is fist bump man and lemon man. ES may even go as far as making up the lie that Sam said that was “his” fist or “his” lemon. BUT the rest of the fandom knows the REAL fist bump man and lemon man is Cait’s ACTUAL man, her fiance, Tony 👇

Given the state of this world and of this fandom, methinks it’s time for some levity. I have the Mackenzie “Bitches, please” series that I do, now I’m starting a Tony “Lasses, please” series.

For those of you who don’t know, Cait’s REAL boyfriend/fiance, Tony McGill, is originally from Glasgow, Scotland, although he has lived in London for years. But if anyone heard him talk on that now deleted video from a couple of year’s back, he is most DEFINITELY still ALL SCOTSMAN. He’s got a very thick,“I don’t understand a word you’re saying but just keep talking” sexy Glaswegian accent. Contrary to what the Extreme Shipper trolls have said about him, Tony is a very successful, smart, creative man. My original Tony family source also said he was “hysterically funny,” and I think he’s verra handsome…and like I said that voice does things to me. Cait is indeed a lucky lass. So, I’m gonna do a “Lasses, please” series but I mean NO disrespect, it is intended to be tongue-in-cheek and just for fun…and because I really wish Tony WAS online so he could tell some of these haters off Glasgow style, but since he won’t, I will. 

This first “Lasses, please” comes about from Tony actually being THE cleverest man in the whole wide world for staying out of the fandom fray. His production company and both his bars have social media presences, but Tony himself does not have an identifiable one. That alone makes him a genius. But then you couple that with being the man who has kept the fab Cait Balfe’s attention for over 3 years and we’re talking near Einstein level cleverness, I’d say. Kudos, Sir. 👏👏👏👏👏

In light of people seeing Rik and Sam in action at the Scottish Baftas last week, my next “Lasses, please” reminds us that Tony, Cait’s real boyfriend/fiance, has his own sexy Scottish accent. And he’s the one sitting close to Cait at the awards ceremony whispering sweet Scottishnesses in Cait’s ear. 💑

Extreme Shippers swear up and down that the guy who drew a smiley face on a lemon for Cait was Sam. And they think the guy fist bumping with Cait for her charity was Sam…but we all know the Scot who makes Cait happy and is actually the REAL lemon man and fist bump man is Tony. Lasses, please. 😊

Thanks, Anons! Things have gotten SO ridiculous in the fandom now, and that’s saying something, so I figured a little levity was in order. But, I had a lot of fun writing my Reality Decoder posts, I think I’m going to make it a regular feature of my blog...much the same way I do my “Bitches, Please” Mackenzie series, and “Lasses, Please” Tony series. As long as people seem to get a kick out of them, I’ll keep doing them. :-)

Time for another "Lasses, please"--Tony parody post.

As many of you know, I do tongue-in-cheek Tony "Lasses, please," and Mackenzie "Bitches, please" parody posts from time to time. Given that today we got Tony and Cait arriving TOGETHER on the BAFTA red carpet and then all kinds of Tony, Sam, Steven cuteness happened, Extreme Shippers SCRAMBLED to find any SamCait "breadcrumb" to cling to. And so, a gif of Sam supposedly leading Cait off stage with his hand on her butt is making ES Tumblr rounds. My first thought was, "So what?" Sam and Cait have both admitted they're touchy-feely people, and Sam and Cait are very comfortable with each other after sharing some intimate acting scenes for four years. 👇

But then the "I wonder what Tony thought of Sam putting his hand on his alleged fiancee's ass?" mocking posts started among ES. And the predictable frothing ensued. Um, I'm sure Tony didn't bat an eye, was yakking it up with Steven, plotting how they were going to get Sam too drunk to go to his morning workout...and Tony was probably remembering HE puts whatever he wants all over Cait EVERY night. One slip of Sam's hand is of NO consequence to him. Pfft. "Come tae bed, hen." 😊
