hi! i'm emma :) so i saw your post about self-harming. and please know that you can do anything. i'm officially a week clean today and even though it's hard i know you can do it! and even for longer next time! relapse is completely completely normal. i know that sometimes it's helpful to have someone to talk to, and you should know that my askbox is always open and i'd love to be friends! it's always good talk to someone who knows what you're going though. :)
