Bikini man!!!!

I just remembered. I was walking around the smith haven mall with my girlfriend and we see a Caucasian male wearing a bikini running around near a cop. The best part? When the man ran away, the cop made it apparent that he was too lazy and fat to chase him. He just reported it on his radio. Now I just conjured a plausible idea for his actions. He was probably pledging. :D
