13 July: a snacky lunch

I literally just ate a whole cucumber with some pringles, cheese cubes, and hummus for lunch but it really hit the spot, y'know? and idk i think the plate looked nice

today’s food discovery: if you cook Trader Joe’s frozen gnocchi al gorgonzola for about 4-5 mins (~3 below their recommended cooking time), the gnocchi and sauce are perfectly hot AND the texture of the gnocchi is both fluffy and chewy, like tteokbokki 💕💕💕💕

I should be out walking or up in the gym doing whatever one does up there. Instead, I've had my feet up, eyes closed lost in another great mix from Secret Thirteen. Oh well, back to reality and work. The authors of the mix are Ana Quiroga and Uge Pañeda, a Spanish electronic music duo, working hand-in-hand under LCC (acronym of Las CasiCasiotone ) name. The project was started in Asturias, a region of northern Spain.
