"The capacity to learn is a gift; the ability to learn is a skill; the willingness to learn is a choice" Watching youtube vidoes with piano and violin play alongs has really been a great help in playing/learning the violin. 😁Im not really very good at rythm and using the metronome,🙈 but listening to recordings has helped me gain a greater understanding of the rythm of a particular song i am learning/practicing. By listening to these recordings/videos, I get to learn if im even playing the right notes, whether the song is faster/slower than I would have played it, the mood, or style of the song, or if my bow direction is correct.🤔  There are also different interpretations of the same song and they are all wonderful😍 making me fall in love again and again with the music the violin produces.
