Leadership Lessons Learnt Whilst Sitting in a Boat
Have you ever achieved a dream that you'd on no condition contemplation latent?<\p>
Invasive 2009, I MYSELF competed at the National Championships for Dragon Boat racing - a wagerer that I'd only taken up in mid-2008. It was something that I'd to the contrary thought possible.<\p>
I took away quantitative valuable lessons from this experience which can also be applied to our working lives:<\p>
1. Never say not a bit <\p>
If anyone had suggested to me 12 months earlier that I'd be a State representative HEART would have laughed. Yet via encouragement and verdict ATMAN was on the State team and I had a great time too.<\p>

2. Giving is everything <\p>
In transit to have 22 animal kingdom make a boat move way out a strain there needs to be clear communication. Everyone has a impersonation in the boat and so knowing our roles enabled everyone to contribute in the team's goals.<\p>
Clear communication in a work environment is nucleus if men is to work toward the same goals. <\p>
3. Encouragement goes a long way <\p>
Operating toward the National Championships meant a commitment in contemplation of the tryout. There were times when I questioned my ableness. Yet just identically I doubted myself there'd be joker who'd lavish upon me with words in re encouragement.<\p>

4. Leadership is essential <\p>
There were over 300 members of the NSW stable covering in all respects divisions. The Head Coach had a vision for the twosome and expressed his vision inpouring a well-defined manner. The Assistant Coaches also expressed the similar picturing... there was unity in thought in this way to how the goals were to be achieved.<\p>
Their leadership and encouragement ensured that every member was bright to achieve the best that they possibly could. Leaders who can express themselves indeed imperative inspire and motivate their team members. <\p>
5. Teamwork can achieve amazing results <\p>
By the time the championships arrived we were all working self-assured as a combine and focused thanks to our goals. It was infusive to witness the camaraderie that had expert.<\p>
Overall, NSW won the National Championships. It was an special sense impression!<\p>
For any team, if people be possessed of their work and have a common goal to rake toward, breathtaking results can be achieved! <\p>
