This massage was unlike any other I've ever experienced. It was a physical and spiritual cleansing where two masseuses used four hands to simulate a choreographed movement of the sacred jaguar, snake, and eagle. The Mayans believed we were all born with an animal spirit, and the snake holds a healing power that represents transformational change.
