Oh my god, what an epic pre-typhoon adventure with my 3 grown-up pamangkins! We started off sa newly opened mall. We just wanted to see what it can offer sa shoppers since there were still some vacant spaces and not that much many tindas yet. Anyway, after that super quick trip, we headed back to the city.
Guess what? We were originally planning to just grab McDonald's because the pamangkins were so into collecting those TinyTAN mini statues! But then, true Pinoy craving hit, and suddenly we decided, "You know what? Let's go to the night market!" Syempre, they always find a way to make it a cheat day because my diet is always compromised with them around, plus gusto lage nilang nagpapalibre sa'kin! 🤦♀️
I swear, it was worth it! It’s been a long time since we had proper lechon, so here we are, enjoying this feast! While we were having this awesome bonding time (and trying not to get suka from all the food!), I made it a point to ask them, "So, how are you guys? Kumusta sa school? Any updates on your crushes?" 😂 I also gave them some serious piece of advice about life… parang ang tanda ko na, 'di ba?… and reminded them that anytime they feel like no one is listening, they can always reach out to me for guidance. Seriously, just call your Tito, okay? Except when it's tuition time, call your parents! Jk! 😂
Busog-lusog and super happy bonding moment before the rain and winds come. Stay safe everyone! ❤️
