i was sending in some thoughts about house md but tumblr ate my ask before i could send it
anyway, i was gonna say house is an ass of a ler 99.9% of the time and definitely comes down on the ducklings and teases them —chase being one of his main victims but he doesn’t discriminate —but in the very slim chance he’s in a lee position he gets SO damn pissed and defensive about it. probably spouts excuses like ‘it’s a natural response to stimuli’ and you’d have to be either really stupid or really brave to go after him because revenge is sweet
OHH YEAH
chase is definitely one of house’s main victims…especially if we’re talking in terms of the earlier seasons where Chase is much more subservient. I think house pretty much gets a kick out of how Chase literally just takes it with minimal fighting other than a few “Wait!”s.
but may I propose foreman. i dont think house has a moral reason for wanting to see foreman getting humbled other than it’s simply just hilarious to him.
he won’t laugh when foreman suddenly puts a hand up in defense of himself, but he does do that thing where he presses his lips together in amusement.
as for Cameron…save that poor girl she is most definitely not spared. I think house would mostly try to poke her when she’s working. she spills something? “Oh stop whining. Do it again, the rest of his blood isn’t going anywhere.” To him, it’s a matter of challenging Cameron, kinda seeing to what point she tries to retaliate.
however yeah, house totally gets verbally defensive whenever someone does tickle him and attempts to tease him about it. I feel like he’s very good at holding back his reactions though in the beginning, he can quite literally stand there with a blank expression for a certain period of time before his reactions begin to slip through the cracks.
He either makes his arguments based upon anatomical facts or quite literally uses his own discoveries about his ler against them. Ranging from “Someone slept through their classes.” when someone points out how ticklish he is, to “Don’t act like you’re any better. You sound like a dying animal when I do this to you.”
better watch your back for the next few days, he’ll be determined to prove you’re way worse
