Details of the potions outfit in Hogsmeade
per the results of the poll, literal baby snape!
he likes to spend time playing by the river. eileen doesn't mind, but she prefers it when he brings back flowers rather than worms
unfortunately, severus prefers the worms
HEAR ME OUT:
Ewan Mitchell would have been the BEST Severus Snape! He has that perfect look, literally the Book Snape we all needed and deserved!Ahhhhh, I'm so in love :3
loves never meant much to him..
in a world where love potions exist and where spells are able to take away one’s autonomy snape still would have NEVER done that to Lily because he cared for her
agreeing with you, just gonna be like, this very much isn't a case of hypotheticals. kids at hogwarts can easily get their hands on love potions! teenagers absolutely can cast the imperius curse! it's not a case of "if he had the opportunity he wouldn't" as much as it is "he very much had the opportunity and didn't"! and it's not even an absence of evidence thing, he's canonically disgusted by lockheart suggesting the kids use love potions in cos. snape's a jerk but he has very clear lines he doesn't cross, and that's expressly in-text one of them.
^^
I keep seeing other people say that Snape would make the same wish as Bear in Obsession… and either those people haven’t seen the movie or they are just purposely mischaracterizing Snape
Severus Snape… the guy who backed away from Lily the moment she told them they were going their separate ways, the guy who knows what it feels like to be stalked and tormented, the guy who put his life in immense danger to ask Dumbledore to protect Lily and then asked him to protect the Potters, the guy who—from the point on—gave up his own life and freedom to protect Harry Potter for Lily… THAT Severus Snape??
I do think Snape had an unhealthy attachment to Lily, but it wasn’t ill-intended or creepy. He heavily blames himself for her death and feels like he can never redeem himself for it
Cutie Snape
