Lee Bo-Ram, IZ Comeback Showcase MC

Lee Bo-ram, a former Seya native who served as a "nightingale" on MBC's entertainment show "King of Mask Singer," will be the MC for IZ’s comeback showcase.

In July, Lee Bo-ram rose to the throne for three consecutive years with "King of Mask Singer Nightingale" and drew attention by showcasing her hidden singing skills. Although he failed to become the fourth king in a row, she was loved by the viewers for her charm and singing skills that she failed to show in the past.

Lee Bo-ram, who has recently released her new song "Falling" and has been on a busy schedule preparing for a small theater concert on Sept. 7-8, grabbed attention by readily becoming the MC for the comeback showcase for the junior group, IZ.

Lee Bo-ram's appearance as the MC for the showcase began with a special relationship with IZ. Lee Bo-ram, who usually listens to IZ's songs with interest, posted a video on her SNS account of singing the ballad song "Sae-sal," which was included in their second mini-album.

"Lee Bo-ram, the main character who recently drew attention to 'King of Mask Singer Nightingale' due to his unusual talk, thanked him for readily responding to the role of MC for his comeback showcase despite his busy schedule," said Music K Entertainment, the group's agency. "It is expected to be a big boost to his comeback with his second single album."

Meanwhile, Lee Bo-ram expressed hope, saying, "I'm very nervous and excited to see the MC for the first showcase of my life," and added, "I'll work hard to make sure that my friends' precious comeback showcase goes well."

IZ's new song "Memories With You Always Feel Like Summer" will be released on the 21st at 6 p.m. on various music sites and will hold a comeback showcase at 4 p.m.
