Repetitions of different squat varieties. Over the next two weeks I'm avoiding heavy weight, which is extremely difficult for me. I love lifting heavy! 😫 The circumference of my thighs say it's time to reduce the weight and set for high reps instead. Thing is I typically get bored with light-moderate weight for high reps so in order to challenge myself I manipulate the squat variations. Seen here; deep squats, power ups from bottom position and pulses - 20-25x reps of a mixed up variety of these most definitely keep me focused and challenged, especially if your training partner is the one calling which variation to do!
