Brows quirk a bit at those words as he looks up for a moment from the document he’d been reading to fixate on the words Charlie speaks. He can hardly say he agrees with them, but he figures it’s better to let him be as he wanted and not to push for things to change. Though admittedly he prefers not to be so harsh with the transition from Halloween to Christmas. Whether the holiday was over or not he still ENJOYED it so the seemingly blatant disregard for its wonder was something that was even beyond him.
“Jeez that’s harsh don’t ya think?”
It makes sense for him to want the Halloween decorations to be taken down and replaced with Christmas ones but his words are harsh and unforgiving. As though he’s assuming it to be good riddance, which Karter can hardly agree with considering he very much appreciates the more frightening time of year where ghosts and ghouls walk and play amongst the living.
“Aight aight, we’ll take’em down, jus’ lemme finish what m’workin’ on an’ we can get started. Got some work t’be taken care of an’ I wanna make sure s’in order ‘fore I do so.”
